Meet Our Crew

Perrie has been the president and owner of Hammer’s Autoworks since 1988. He received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with minors in Electronics & Drafting from Southwest Missouri State University, and has past experience as an Industrial Engineer. Perrie is on the Alumni Board of Directors for Society of Collision Repair Specialists, I-Car Platinum Certified, and is a past president of MOKAN Chapter of International Materials Management Society. Perrie serves on the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield and is an active member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. Perrie and his wife have one daughter and two grandsons.

Nate has served in various roles at Hammer’s Autoworks since 1992. In 2005, he was named vice president and owner. Nate received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Missouri State University and is I-Car Platinum Certified, helping ensure Hammer’s remains the leading auto body shop in Springfield, MO.

Aaron has been an Estimator at Hammer’s Autoworks since 2008. He received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Sociology from Missouri State University and is I-Car Platinum Certifed. Before joining the auto collision repair specialists at Hammer’s Autoworks, Aaron served as a police officer in Kansas City, Missouri. Aaron and his family are active members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, and he and his wife have two sons.

Derick is an Estimator at Hammer’s Autoworks. He has 14 years of experience in the automotive industry as a Service Advisor and Parts and Service Manager. He has won numerous awards for his performance and prides himself on providing quality customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Derick is an avid sportsman and, when he’s not providing accident estimates, enjoys quality time with family and friends.

Tim is an estimator at Hammer’s Autoworks. He has over 20 years of experience as Service Writer, Collision Estimator, and Automotive Technician. He completed the Automotive Maintenance Technology degree from Ranken Technical College in St. Louis, and is both ASE and I-Car certified. Coming from a strong background in the automotive field, Tim is a true asset to the Hammer’s team of collision repair specialists, having the car knowledge needed to provide great service. Tim is an enthusiastic outdoorsman, and enjoys sports.
