your vehicle, and remember you have a right to choose your body shop.
So whether you need a tow from the accident scene or you are able to
drive the vehicle to us, Hammer’s should be your FIRST stop to getting
you back on the road.
2. Call the Insurance Company. Now that you’ve gotten an estimate from
Hammer’s, it’s time to call the responsible party’s insurance company.
Be aware – the insurance company might try to direct you to their
Designated Repair Shop (DRP), but you do NOT have to use them.
Hammer’s will work to ensure you are getting the high quality work your
car deserves while keeping you in control of the process. Remember, it is
your car and your choice who repairs it.
3. Make Your Appointment for Repair. Once you’ve decided Hammer’s is the collision repair shop that fits your needs, schedule your appointment.

4. Drop Off Your Car...and Leave the Rest to Hammers! We will
handle everything, and can even offer you a shuttle ride to your home,
office, or car rental location. (Remember, Enterprise will pick you up here
if you have scheduled a rental with them!).
5. Get Back on the Road! Pick up your car and get back to your life,
